Mom’s Night Out

Mom’s Night Out. Sounds like a terrible idea doesn’t it. And it is. Was.

Allyson is a mom to three children, a wanna-be mommy blogger, and a clean freak beyond imagine. Sean, her husband, is a loving and supportive husband, but is always traveling for work. And Allyson is so stressed, she is worried she is going to have a nervous breakdown.

So, as the title says, she plans a mom’s night. She invites her best friend Izzy-a mom of twins-, and her pastor’s wife, Sondra. Who seems to be fun to go out with, when she’s not worried about her rebellious teenage daughter that is.

This movie is sure to have you dying from laughter and still able to relate with Allyson’s stress.

Crude or Profane Language-

The worst it gets is name calling e.g. loser, tramp, pathetic primitive.

Drug and Alcohol-

There are a few comments about alcohol and other than that there is one scene of a women carrying a few empty bottles (not her own).

Sexual Content-

There is a conversation about a very short pair of shorts. Allyson and Sean kiss once.

Other Negative Content-

I loved this movie SO much! It was absolutely hilarious, and yet gave some good family advice and showed some realistic characters.

I would give it a 10/10 rating, but it would not be entirely appropriate for really young children. I would recommend probably 10 and up.
